Through the completion of Media 575 Web Production & Distribution I was able to learn how to create and edit a functional website. In this process I also learned to uses some Adobe products like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and InDesign. Help

Training and development plays a very important role in every organization, Human resources is not the only department in the organization that is responsible for the develpment and training of their employees. Understanding the role that all levels of the organization play to support training and development is crucial for the success of the organization.
Function as project managers by applying basic project management techniques, related computer/software skills and the practical aspects of project management methodology.
Through the completion of this project, I was able to use Microsoft Projects to be able to align resources efficiently to be able to meet all goals while succesfully meeting all expectations.
